Hitting the slopes over Easter

Over the Easter holidays, 25 of our students enjoyed a week of sunshine and skiing in the Austrian Alpine resort of Saalbach-Hinterglemm.

The students and staff set off on Good Friday and arrived 20 hours later at the resort, south-west of Salzburg, where they spent seven days on the slope before returning by coach to Lincoln.

Our ski instructors worked with us for four hours a day for six days, with the group divided into three ability groups: beginners and novice, intermediates and advanced. The week culminated in a timed downhill race, with students tackling a specially prepared course. Congratulations go to Adam who achieved the fastest time!

We think it’s fair to say that everyone had a really enjoyable (and exhilarating) time!
