“The arrangements for safeguarding are effective…leaders have established a strong culture of vigilance at the college and are passionate in ensuring the safety and well-being of pupils.

The overwhelming majority of parents who responded to Ofsted’s online survey, Parent View, agreed their children feel safe, happy and well looked after by the school”
– Ofsted, 2019

Safeguarding practice is regarded with the highest importance at Lincoln UTC and processes are securely and stringently applied.

Our leaders work closely with staff to monitor the welfare of all our students, and when a concern is raised they are quick to take action to ensure the appropriate support is put into place effectively.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding student welfare, please do not hesitate to contact our Principal, John Morrison, at jmorrison@lincolnutc.co.uk, or our Deputy Head of Inclusion, Helen Sprakes at hsprakes@lincolnutc.co.uk.
